Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) or more commonly known as vinyl, consists of three primary elements : carbon, hydrogen derived from ethylene or acetylene and chlorine.
Vinyl Compounding
Vinyl resin, which is inherently hard and brittle, must be mixed with other additives to make a compound before can be processed into useful products. Numerous additives are available to allow vinyl resin to be modified for a wide range of applications. Adding plasticizers, for example, make PVC compounds soft and flexible, whereas adding impact modifier creates PVC compounds that are tough and impact-resistant.

Blow Moulding
Blow Moulding known as a method to make variation volume of the bottle. Volume are from 50 mL to 5 gallon. As almost resistant to all Chemical content, there are using a wide range of chemical content inside bottle. starting for fruit Juice, mineral water, liquid medicine, baby oil, etc. Recently, several technology has been added as well as requirement of easy processing, finished product, waste reducing program, high output, etc.

Extrusion
PVC Extrusion is basically defined as converting plastics powder or granules into a continuous uniform melt and forcing this melt through a die which yields a desired shape. Any thermoplastic product required in length of uniform cross section is extruded. Film Extrusion
Blown film extrusion is a continuous process where the molten tube is simultaneously axially drawn and radially expanded from an annular slit die. Major markets of PVC blown film are shrink label for bottle. Blown film is also for food packaging such as candy wrapping, fruit wrapping, etc. PVC film is used in agricultural and construction applications cling/stretch wrap for sileage ground cover for mulch and fumigation.

Calendering
Calendering is a process to create sheet and film. The process by which continuous sheet of thermoplastics material is made by passing the heat softened polymer between two or more roll. Calendering were orginally developped for processing rubber but they are now widely used for producing thermoplastics sheets and coating mainly of flexible PVC. Rigid calendered PVC sheetings find applications in thermoformed pack and containers such as blisterpack, trays, containers for confectionery, pharmaceuticals, etc
